Exercise Physiology

The posts under “Exercise Physiology” describe basic human physiological processes related to exercise.  Our body’s response and adaptation to acute and chronic exercise training is a fascinating process, and basic understanding of these mechanisms will enable you to understand the rationale behind sound exercise programming.
